. The position is located in Newark, Delaware and requires a dedicated Registered Nurse to work three 12‑hour shifts from 12 PM to 12 AM, providing exceptional patient care and support during critical hours.

All new employees must complete a 2‑week orientation (Mon‑Fri, 8:30 AM‑5:00 PM).

• Conduct ongoing and individualized nursing care duties as assigned and as dictated by the patient’s condition in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.
• When administering PRN medications, assess for confirmed med, document rationale and effectiveness in the medical record.
• Report changes in patient physical or mental status or episodes of seclusion or restraint to nurse manager or supervisor during each shift.
• Ensure family and physician notification is completed and documented if a patient is transported to the Emergency Room, injured, falls, or placed in seclusion or restraints.
• Collaborate with other team members in the development, implementation, and evaluation of an individualized plan of care.
• Perform treatments and therapies as ordered by physician in an appropriate and timely fashion.
• Document patient care, findings, and psychosocial responses to nursing interventions.
• Initiate emergency measures according to age‑appropriate CPR and client resuscitation protocols.
• Participate in emergency crisis interventions using age‑appropriate techniques.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient, family, client facility, and staff information in accordance with HIPAA.
• Provide patient care in a non‑judgmental, non‑discriminatory manner that respects cultural diversity and age appropriateness.

• Current license to practice nursing in DE (or eligibility to receive or renew).
• New graduates encouraged to apply; excellent orientation and mentor program available.
