Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Marketing Coordinator, located in Newark, DE, with an opportunity to work partially from home Monday and Friday. The Senior Marketing Coordinator brings Tipton Health’s brand to life across campaigns, content, and channels. This role requires an operationally strong, metrics-oriented marketer who plans, builds, and measures multi-channel campaigns and content that advance Tipton Health’s buyer journeys.

The role partners with Business Development, Communications, and our nursing consulting team to deliver content, events, digital marketing, and reporting that increase pipeline, conversion, and deal velocity.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing programs that support lead generation and pipeline growth (paid, organic, email, web, events).
  • Build and maintain brand-consistent content across channels
  • Support end-to-end conference and trade show marketing: pre-event promotion, onsite activation, and post-event lead follow-up.
  • Track and report performance: campaign ROI, pipeline influence, funnel conversion, and retention impact; turn insights into clear recommendations and improvements.
  • Assist with budget tracking: allocate spend effectively and document results and learnings.
  • Provide contract administration support for marketing/vendor agreements: coordinate approvals, track versions/redlines, maintain contract files, support renewals, and ensure executed documents are archived and accessible.
  • Light travel required to support trade shows and other marketing events. (~5%)

Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years marketing experience, ideally B2B and/or healthcare-focused (experience with nursing/clinical buyers a plus).
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, digital marketing, and brand strategy, from planning through execution and optimization.
  • Familiarity with modern marketing platforms and tools, including paid media, SEO, email marketing/automation, and CRM systems.
  • Experience planning and executing trade shows and conference marketing is a plus
  • Strong analytical capability; able to interpret performance data, identify insights, and translate findings into clear actions and improvements.
  • Experience in improving acquisition and retention performance, funnel conversion, and long-term brand equity.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to influence across levels and functions.
  • The annual base salary range for this position based in the United States is $65,000- $75,000 USD with potential for bonus eligibility
