Millwright​/Machinist

Purpose of Position: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Millwright/Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex machinery and equipment used in manufacturing processes. Your expertise will ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about mechanical systems and manufacturing excellence.

• Install, maintain, upgrade, and fabricate machinery, parts, and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, and other drawings.
• Make tooling and machine parts to specified tolerance.
• Operate all machine tools, selecting appropriate tools for most efficient machining of parts.
• Maintain company molds and dies.
• Repair and maintain machinery and equipment.
• Assist other areas of maintenance department, as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on tooling development.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, machine calibrations, and repair logs; adhere to safety protocols at all times.

• Proven experience as a Millwright or Machinist within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with CNC programming, setup, and operation—preferably with Haas equipment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge including the use of hand tools, power tools, tooling setups, welding techniques, and precision measurement instruments.
• Ability to read complex blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Basic math skills necessary for precise measurements and calculations involved in machining processes.
• Familiarity with forklift operation preferred; commitment to safety standards related to manufacturing equipment maintenance.
