Manufacturing Maintenance Technician with 1 year of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical packing line operations and equipment maintenance. Skilled in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, breakdown handling, and ensuring compliance with GMP and safety standards. Adept at maintaining high equipment uptime to support production targets.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on packing line equipment such as blister packing machines, bottle filling lines, labeling machines, cartoners, and serialization systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
- Ensure smooth operation of conveyors, check weighers, vision inspection systems, and printing systems.
- Support production team in line changeovers and format adjustments.
- Maintain documentation as per GMP requirements including maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and calibration records.
- Coordinate with QA/QC to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and company policies at all times.
- Knowledge of packing line machinery in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills
- High School Diploma
- 1 year experience in pharmaceutical packing line maintenance
