1st shift 4x10 - Pay range: $28 to 30/hr
1 - 2nd shift 4x10
- Pay range: $31to 33/hr

Monday to Thursday


• Experience working on a packaging line (Pharma, Chemical, food , cosmetics)

• GMP experience is highly preferred

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machines

• Assembly and Disassembly of machines

• A candidate who has experience as an operator with the knowledge and training for mechanical maintenance on production equipment

• Ability to fabricate simple parts

What you will do:

• Perform Preventive and Predictive Maintenance on equipment in the assigned areas including inspections, general maintenance, and scheduled overhauls.

• Use analytical troubleshooting skills to recognize system and equipment problems, identify true cause, and recommend/ implement solutions that prevent problem reoccurrence.

• Perform mechanical and electrical equipment repairs in the assigned area including set-up/change-overs, routine adjustments, and fabrication.

• Work with area leaders, operators, engineers, and mechanics to identify and implement opportunities to improve equipment/production efficiencies.

• Participate in cross-functional teams as assigned to support continuous improvement or equipment installation or modification.

• Act as a subject matter expert (SEM) and provide training/coaching as needed to other mechanics and operators.

• Perform and document work in compliance with SOP’s, Safety Health & Environment (SHE) standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) including work orders, PM’s, logbooks, and permits.

• Respond to multiple equipment/production problems and prioritize or change assignments as needed to meet production demands.

• Support installation and qualification of new equipment and systems.



Minimum Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

• Minimum three (3) years of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance experience

• Must be able to work or be on-call as needed during other/off shifts and weekends when facility, production, or equipment maintenance coverage is needed.

• Completion of a state accredited Journeyman or technical school program, or equivalent formal education and field experience, demonstrating commensurate proficiency in at least 2 of the following areas:
o Mechanical maintenance of production equipment
o Utility systems maintenance and repair
o Electrical Maintenance
o Mechanical Fabrication/Machine Shop



Preferred Qualifications :

• State accredited Journeyman

• Associate degree in a technical subject area, completion of a technical school program, or equivalent formal technical education.

• Demonstrated understanding and operational familiarity with software and PLC/HMI systems.

• Demonstrated understanding of pharmaceutical cGMP maintenance practices

• Facilities and utilities equipment maintenance experience including: HVAC, boilers, air compressors, purified water, and electrical distribution systems

• Material Handling equipment maintenance experience including: automated cranes, conveyers, sorting systems, and forklifts
