Operations Manager, Talent Manager
Our client, an HVAC company with several thousand employees and multiple locations) based in Newark, Delaware has an immediate need (starting next week) for a contract CHRO.
This is a full-time hybrid position reporting to the CEO.
There is no formal JD, but this person will help coach the executive team, manage complex ER situations, and manage a team including Director of Field HR, HR Business Partners, Benefits Manager, etc.
Position expected to be needed for 3-6 months. The client is doing a direct hire search on their own.
Prefer a candidate with experience in the construction and building services industry, more specifically the specialty trade contractors segment focused on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
