Sodexo is seeking an experienced General Manager 3 - Food to help open and lead a brand new Starbucks location inside Christiana Care at Christiana Hospital in Newark, DE.

  • Work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, supervisory experience, and a collaborative work style
  • General Manager Food & Nutrition leadership experience in a healthcare environment
  • Experience managing in an union environment
  • Outstanding client relationship skills and strong financial acumen
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, professional communication skills, and a passion for high‑level customer service
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
  • Working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC); proficiency with computer skills and এগreport management experience
