This position is based at Epic’s Madison, WI campus and requires relocation to the area. Epic provides financial relocation assistance to qualifying candidates.

Your primary focus will be managing complex litigation and counseling on regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and other risk areas. You will handle and aim to win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. You will also forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the U.S. and abroad.

• Experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
• Regulatory and privacy litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• Eye for detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and fully reimbursed.
