As an IT Project Manager, you will lead a large Salesforce project or multiple Salesforce projects that are significant in scope and impact. You will work independently, with limited direction, and be evaluated through end results. You will initiate and provide leadership, strategic/tactical direction and planning input on all information technology and client/business area issues in the development of an IT environment.

Must-Have Skills

• Extensive experience working with technical stakeholders to understand and drive out complex technical solutions.
• Have planned, organized, and monitored project performance using appropriate program management tools and techniques in alignment with BAC Change and Project Management Framework.
• Experience developing and delivering presentations with Sr. Management.
• Experience with stakeholder management.
• Previous experience in agile/scrum software development concepts and practices.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years direct work experience in a project leadership capacity
• Practical understanding of JIRA Software Project Management framework
• Experienced working in a SAFe Agile environment
• Excellent analysis skills, especially in capturing requirements of functionality built in spreadsheets
• Good presentation skills required for the preparation and presentation of information to stakeholders
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills
• Strong business and financial acumen including line of business subject matter knowledge
• Ability to identify, communicate and address impediments in an efficient and effective manner
• Understanding of technical concepts around Salesforce, integration patterns to and from Salesforce, Web Services and Databases

Pay Range*: $58 - $62 per hour

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
