What You’ll Contribute

The Manager, Digital Experience & Enablement will be responsible for supporting our digital data transformation efforts by facilitating the adoption of digital tools and technologies within our organization.

What You’ll Do
  • Be the SME for digital analytics data and tools.
  • Coach and guide Jr Associates.
  • Assist in improving the digital (web, apps) data capture architecture and strategy.
  • Implement data capture from the website to answer business questions and fulfill reporting needs.
  • Partner with analytics, marketing, and development teams to identify data capture opportunities to enhance performance, customer satisfaction, and engagement.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, playbooks, and internal documentation to improve training and knowledge sharing.
  • Help maintain a clean, scalable tag management environment through auditing and retiring outdated or defined tags.

What you have

Minimum:
Indicate minimum education, skills and experience required.

  • Familiarity with digital analytics, AB Testing, data capture, and customer experience platforms including:
  • Web Analytics tools - Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics (preferred)
  • Tag management Systems - Tealium, Adobe Tags, Google Tag Manager (preferred)
  • Web testing tools like Adobe Target, Optimizely, VWO, etc (preferred)
  • Proficient writing and modifying JavaScript, including debugging and testing scripts in browser developer tools (preferred).
  • Consent Management Platforms - One Trust or equivalent
  • CRMs & CDPs - Sales force or similar platforms
  • CMS tools - Adobe AEM, Hub Spot, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data and make data-driven recommendations using Power

    BI, SAS, SQL.
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to non technical partners and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Self‑motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:
Indicate “nice to haves” regarding education, skills, and experience.

  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Google or Adobe Analytics certified.
