ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
This position has hands‑on technical and administrative responsibility for managing and maintaining all capabilities within the IT Infrastructure portfolio, including critical IT infrastructure components such as Windows, Linux, Active Directory, and physical, virtual, and cloud‑based environments. As a senior staff member, this role provides guidance on planning, policy, and system integrity. This includes monitoring existing solutions, executing new and upgrade implementations, implementing enhancements, and performing required maintenance.
DUTIES- Demonstrates in‑depth knowledge of the functionality of, and Hoewel the ability to administer and troubleshoot across the portfolio of IT infrastructure which includes the below, along with all supporting components:
- Servers & appliances (hardware, operating systems, hypervisors, storage, etc.)
- Electronic Communications (voice, cellular, email, fax, telecommunication lines, chat, etc.)
- Physical Environment (Server rooms, DR sites, etc.)
