Title: Business Reporting Analyst
Position Type: Full Time – Contract
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Hybrid (Newark, Delaware)
Responsibilities- Strategic enterprise leader specializing in fraud risk reporting, data analytics, and executive communication.
- Proven success in transforming reporting functions into agile, insight-driven capabilities by automating workflows, developing on-demand reporting tools, and delivering executive-ready presentations.
- Trusted partner to senior leadership, adept at synthesizing complex fraud risk metrics into actionable intelligence that strengthens governance, mitigates risk, and drives enterprise resilience.
- Recognized for fostering high-performance, inclusive teams and serving as a brand ambassador across the organization.
- Craft data-driven messaging tailored for senior leader consumption, translating complex fraud risk insights into clear, actionable narratives.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for executive reporting; hands-on experience with Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, and Snowflake for data visualization, querying, and automation.
- Background in fraud risk monitoring and reporting, with experience partnering across Finance and leveraging General Ledger data to strengthen enterprise controls.
- Management consulting experience with a focus on delivering client-ready solutions, aligning business requirements with customer-friendly approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Pay Range: $48/hr to $53/hr pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
