Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort offers a luxurious adults-only wellness enclave on the secluded Hawaiian island of Lāna‘i. Guided by highly trained practitioners in areas such as exercise physiology, nutrition, stress management, yoga and mindfulness, each stay is unique – itineraries are comprised from a selection of wellness classes, spa treatments, a range of island activities and world-class golf and tennis facilities complemented by nourishing and delicious dining by Nobu. The resort’s 10 spa hales are luxurious, Japanese-inspired oases of calm, each one featuring an ofuro bathtub, infrared sauna, steam, indoor and outdoor showers, oversized massage tables, private plunge pools and cozy lounging areas.

Our t e ams’ have the opportuni ty to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authoriza tion req uired.

The Serv er is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests

• Demonstrate a strong passion for guest service and hospitality
• Provides an enjoyable and expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness
• Knowledgeable about all current menu options, beverage lists and daily specials with the ability to advise guests on dietary restrictions and preferences
• Recognize frequent guests and personalize service based on their preferences
• Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, and respond promptly and appropriately to any concerns or requests.
• Greet and seat guests when the hostess is unavailable, take reservations and have the ability to use the Micros Operating System

• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
• Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 60 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
• Weekend and Holiday availability re quired
• Possess advanced knowledge of wine and food
