Our teams’ have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the island of Lāna‘i, both Four Seasons Resorts, and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.

• Greet all guests with a smile, make eye contact, and speak clearly in a friendly manner while upholding the highest level of hospitality and professionalism in all guest interactions, aligning with Four Seasons benchmark standards.
• Provide seamless and intuitive transportation by picking up guests at designated locations on Lana’i for both resorts, displaying the hotel greeter sign.
• Assist with luggage, able to lift, load, and offload onto carts and vehicles.
• Maintain the general cleanliness of assigned transportation vehicles, ensuring they are free of dust and debris, and that seats and windshields are clean.
• Provide a safe and comfortable ride for hotel guests; ensure the vehicle is in good repair and stocked with amenities such as bottled water, magazines, and newspapers.
• Act as a guest liaison when not in transit by opening hotel and vehicle doors, engaging in conversation, offering suggestions, directions, and other information. Personalize guest interaction through “Talking Story,” offering activity information and captivating island stories as well as details about the city and surrounding areas.
• Maintain appropriate logs noting guestsaient transported and transportation details.
• Possess strong knowledge of city streets to ensure timely guest transportation to and from destinations.
• Inspect the vehicle daily, ensure scheduled maintenance is completed, and report any operating difficulties.
• During transport, initiate “Talk Story” with establish, sharing historical tours, activity information, and stories of the island.
• Assist and perform errands for guests and the hotel.
