• Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC), ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including home infusion services and prescription management.
• Manage pharmacy staff, provide training, and maintain a productive work environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy in a home infusion setting.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure quality assurance protocols are followed.

• Licensed Pharmacist with valid licensure to practice in Delaware.
• Experience as a Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) in a pharmacy setting.
• Expertise in home infusion pharmacy practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to regulatory compliance and patient safety.

• On-site position in New Castle, Delaware.

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
