RN – Electrophysiology, Newark DE
Shift: 10 Days . One designated OT shift assigned in advance per week.
Duration: 13 weeks
Responsibilities- Purpose of this specialized assignment is to provide clinical support for any cases occurring after 1730.
- No weekends
- No holidays
- EP RN with EP Lab Experience
- Circulate/Scrub experience
- Dysthymias (Implants/Ablations)
- Medication Administration and management of the following medications:
- Amiodarone
- Antiseizure
- Atropine
- Beta Blockers
- Cardizem
- Dobutamine
- Dopamine
- Epinephrine
- Heparin
- Insulin
- Levophed
- Magnesium Sulfate
- Milrinone
- Neosynephrine
- Nicardipine
- Nitroglycerin
- Nitroprusside
- Norepinephrine
- Propofol
- Vasopressin
- TPA
- Hydralazine
- Lasix
- Cardioversion / Defibrillation
- CVP monitoring
- Epicardial Pacer Management
- 12 Lead EKG Interpretation
- Placental artery lines (PA Lines)
- Rapid Transfusions
- Sheath Removal
- Tele Interpretation
- PICC/Central Lines
- Port-A-Cath/Vascular Device Access and Care
- Syringe Pumps
- Triple Lumen Catheter placement and care
- Antiarrhythmics administration
- Antiseizure drug management
