Embark on your journey as a Trade Lifecycle Manager II where you'll be instrumental in managing the pre‑ and post‑trading life cycle across all asset classes. Your expertise will ensure seamless trade processing and effective cash coordination, while your strong analytical skills will drive innovative solutions for complex challenges.

Chase will involve managing the operations of the pre‑ and post‑trading life cycle across all asset classes. You will ensure all trades are processed on respective platforms and coordinate cash movements in and out of client accounts. You will apply your advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills to develop solutions for varied and complex issues, ensuring compliance with technical standards and organizational policies.

The position requires liaison with multiple departments, managing projects, and driving process improvements and automation initiatives. You will establish productive relationships with internal stakeholders, present to senior management, manage change effectively, and continuously improve market product knowledge and data‑&‑tech literacy. You will also assist with ad hoc projects/requests as deemed appropriate by Managers and senior colleagues, e.g., portfolio transitions, system testing.

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee the operations of the pre‑ and post‑trading life cycle across all asset classes, ensuring all trades are processed on respective platforms and coordinating cash movements in and out of client accounts.
  • Apply advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills to develop solutions for varied and complex issues, ensuring compliance with technical standards and organizational policies.
  • Liaise with multiple departments, manage projects, and drive process improvements and automation initiatives, leveraging knowledge of systems architecture and automation technologies.
  • Establish productive relationships with internal stakeholders, present to senior management, and manage change effectively, using skills in listening, questioning, and influence.
  • Continuously improve market product knowledge and data‑&‑tech literacy and apply these skills to optimize operations and make informed decisions that drive impact.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects/requests as deemed appropriate by Managers and more senior colleagues (e.g., portfolio transitions, system testing).
Required Qualifications , Capabilities, And Skills
  • Experience or equivalent expertise in managing operations of the pre‑ and post‑trading life cycle across diverse asset classes.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills to develop solutions for complex issues in a financial setting.
  • Proven experience in driving process improvements and automation initiatives in a trading environment, with a focus on optimizing operations and enhancing efficiency.
  • Advanced proficiency in establishing productive relationships with internal stakeholders, presenting to senior management, and managing change effectively in a dynamic financial environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of market product definitions, operating procedures, and current industry/market practices and regulations.
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint).
  • Make sound operational decisions in those instances consistent with appropriate client service and internal Management demands.
Preferred Qualifications , Capabilities, And Skills
  • Strong financial markets product knowledge and understanding of transaction lifecycle in Custody and/or subject matter expertise in Hedge Funds and Mutual Funds.
  • Strong relationship management and partnership with a large array of constituents; ability to manage by influence to promote change and proactively identify and escalating issues.
Work Schedule

Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 5:30 pm or Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 7:00 pm. Final Work Schedule will be determined at time of offer.
