The Loan Servicing Specialist supports the largest and most sophisticated corporate loan transactions in the market. They primarily provide operational support to Debt Capital Markets on Term Loan B/institutional debt as the administrative agent. This position is responsible for providing loan servicing/administrative support (reconciliation/billing/payments) and has direct communication with borrowers, lenders and business partners
Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) is part of the Commercial Bank which provides lending services to multiple business units across the firm and around the world. The organization provides loan documentation, closing and funding, payment and fee processing, syndication loan trade processing, credit administration, collateral management, customer service and reporting; and construction management.
Job Responsibilities- Initiate collaboration across multiple teams to effectively interpret loan documentation for accurate processing of new deals
- Own coordination of principal and fee-related closing payments
- Maintain accountability for gathering all required documentation prior to deal closing while working with Transaction Coordinators and other partners
- Actively manage and prioritize a pipeline of assigned transactions
- Govern and reconcile exception reports related to recently closed transactions
- Analyze amendments made to existing agreements and/or deal structure characteristics and effectively communicate the changes to account managers
- Consistently provide accurate data while maintaining a low quality control error rate
- General understanding of Finance and Loan products
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize
- Ability to foster and maintain professional relationships
- Exceptional communication skills
