KCI Technologies is seeking an experienced Site/Civil Engineer or Landscape Architect to join our Land Development team in the Mid‑Atlantic region. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who enjoys managing projects and teams, navigating the regulatory process, and contributing to the continued growth of a collaborative and well‑established practice.

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of engineers, landscape architects, and designers delivering high‑quality civil/site designs.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle—from initial site visits and concept development through zoning and planning coordination, permitting, and construction documents.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients across commercial, mixed‑use, retail, industrial, energy, and other land development projects.
• Collaborate closely with the Practice Leader to grow the business by strengthening existing client relationships and developing new opportunities.
• Prepare and oversee fee proposals, manage scopes, schedules, and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and profitably.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to support professional growth and project success across the team.
• Conduct site visits, gather existing conditions data, and perform construction inspections as needed.
• Partner with project assistants on project setup, invoicing, and closeout to ensure seamless project administration.
• Prepare technical reports, regulatory submittals, and client deliverables with a high level of quality and professionalism.

• Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) license (required).
• Proven experience in land development engineering design, permitting, and regulatory processes.
• Demonstrated success managing projects, teams, and client relationships.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
• Experience preparing fee proposals and managing project financials.
• A passion for mentoring and developing future engineering and design professionals.
