This opportunity is designed for an experienced engineering professional with strong technical depth, project delivery expertise, and business leadership capability to help establish and grow a regional practice focused on municipal water, wastewater, and water resources solutions.
This position combines strategic leadership, operational management, and hands‑on project execution. The selected candidate will guide regional growth efforts, lead multidisciplinary teams, and manage complex infrastructure projects related to water and wastewater systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and expand relationships with municipal and regional clients within the water, wastewater, and water resources sector.
Lead regional operations, including team development, hiring, retention, and performance management.
Drive revenue growth through business development, marketing strategy, and client engagement.
Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality control, technical accuracy, and efficient resource utilization.
Manage project teams and coordinate technical staff to support regional initiatives.
Support proposal development and pursue new project opportunities with both existing and prospective clients.
Provide leadership in planning, design, and execution of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity.
15+ years of experience in consulting engineering, including project management and client relationship management.
Demonstrated experience delivering projects related to water supply, treatment, storage, distribution, or wastewater collection and treatment systems.
Proven success developing and maintaining client relationships and expanding market presence.
Strong leadership, operational management, and business development capabilities.
