My client is a well known multi‑family development and luxury home builder who is actively looking for a Virtual Designer. Looking for someone who:
- responsible for creating and maintaining the BIM models and coordinating the MEP trades before construction.
- hold coordination meetings and worked with the trades to rectify clashes and issues.
- work with the Ops Project Team to work through issues and reduce RFIs
- work with the Pre Con group to review constructability issues.
