Job Description

You will join our team, which is seeking a Marketing/Events Assistant for a 2-year apprenticeship starting in September 2026
.

Within the International Marketing team, which has around thirty employees based in London and Paris, and whose primary responsibility is to support strategic sales objectives through relevant marketing activities, you will report to the Deputy Head of International Events, based in Paris.

You will collaborate with the following support departments:
Marketing, Compliance, Finance, Design, to support all our commercial teams based in France, Europe, UK, and Dubai.

The position requires operational coordination, mastery of digital tools, and contribution to marketing amplification plans to maximize the impact and visibility of events.

In collaboration with your mentor, your main responsibilities will be:

Events:

  • Design, organize, and promote events in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Switzerland – high-end client conferences & events (formats: in-person, hybrid, or digital).
  • Participate in logistical planning and ensure coordination with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate each project in collaboration with the Marketing, Design, Compliance, and Finance teams.
  • Monitor deadlines, briefs, and deliverables to ensure quality and timeliness.

Post-Event Analysis:

  • Collect and analyze post-event data (attendance rates, engagement, ROI) and propose areas for improvement.
  • Lead projects with a 360° approach, integrating Strategy, Content, Digital, Design, and Events components.

Collaboration and Cohesion:

  • Work within a small group of 4 work-study students reporting to Marketing to carry out cross-functional projects and develop real versatility.

Digital Tools:

  • Salesforce, CRM, Workfront, Marketing Cloud, On24 – for producing invitations, participant registration, and managing online events.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
  • Student at Master's level (Bac+4), you are pursuing a degree (university or business school) with a specialization in Communication/Events.
  • You have skills in project management and execution.
  • You also have the ability to work in a team with an international dimension.
  • You master office tools (Word, Excel, PPT) and have a strong interest in new communication technologies (web, digital, Salesforce).
  • You are perfectly fluent in English.
