Board Certified Behavior Analyst; BCBA

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and student-focused BCBA to support a school setting in the Newark, DE area. The BCBA will oversee behavior programs, provide staff training, and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success.

Location: Serving a school in Newark, DE

Job Type: Full-Time, School-Based (32.5 hours per week)

Compensation: $2,112.50 – $2,275 per week

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and update individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Provide coaching and training to teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff.
• Analyze data to drive instructional and behavioral decisions.
• Monitor fidelity of behavior plan implementation.
• Support crisis response protocols as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education teams.

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• Experience in a school setting strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and data-analysis skills.
• Ability to support diverse student needs across grade levels.
