Details for the Entry Level Collections Representative:

• Pay Rate: $16/hour to start + monthly performance-based bonuses
• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday 2-3 shifts at 8am-5pm, 2-3 shifts at 12pm-9pm (must be available for both), Rotating Saturdays 8am-12pm
• Benefits, PTO, and 401k after a probationary period
• Paid holidays starting day 1!
• Weekly pay

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Entry Level Collections Representative:

• Set up suitable payment arrangements once contact with a debtor has been made.
• Follow up on all accounts until the debt is paid, settled, cured from delinquency, or deemed uncollectible by management.
• Perform all phases of skip tracing work.
• Keep accurate records and documentation of activity on accounts that have been worked through in accordance with the policies and procedures set forth by the company.

Job Requirements for Entry Level Collections Representative:

• High School Diploma required
• Good oral communication, and organization skills
• Basic computer skills required
• Customer service experience required
• Required to work 40 hours a week, including 2 night shifts
• Required attendance and completion of training program
