Join Delaware Hospice, Inc. as a Provider Services Executive and help people facing serious illness access compassionate care. The role is based in New Castle County, DE and Southern Chester & Delaware Counties, PA.

Base salary: $70,000 – $80,000 per year. Additional performance incentives and benefits available.

• Represent Delaware Hospice in your territory and cultivate relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other healthcare professionals.
• Build and grow referral relationships, demonstrating how Delaware Hospice’s programs change lives.
• Develop outreach strategies that increase referrals and admissions.
• Collaborate with a mission‑driven team committed to community‑based care.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Healthcare, or equivalent experience.
• Proven sales and relationship‑management success.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through skills.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel across Delaware and southern Pennsylvania.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and enthusiastic about meeting goals in a fast‑paced environment.
