The MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) Inventory Coordinator is a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Newark, DE.

• 2 years of experience processing purchase orders
• Strong computer skills, Outlook, Excel, SAP
• Paying $22 - $26 per hour; depending on experience

• Assist in the preparation of issuance of purchase orders and services that are used to maintain and fix broken machines
• Regular interaction with maintenance team to ascertain what supplies / parts are required
• Research quotes for maintenance products and negotiate pricing with vendors
• Assess purchase orders for accuracy and compliance regulations
• Receive price quotes from vendors, compare quotes against requirements, budget and purchase orders
• Manage aspects of purchasing and distribution
• Responsible for order of all inventory for maintenance and for the site
• Ensure that inventory is updated and accurate; includes physical inventory matching inventory in SAP

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• 2 years of experience processing purchase orders
• Strong computer skills, Outlook, Excel, SAP
