Be the Best Office Manager You Can Be

If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare office operations
  • Experience with Office Management Preferred
  • Knowledge of computer software programs including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Responsibilities

As a Office Manager, you will:

  • Hires, trains, and supervises administrative staff
  • Evaluates performance of administrative staff
  • Initiates and executes disciplinary actions when necessary
  • Ensures invoices are coded accurately and submitted to the Support Center timely for payment
  • Prepares manual check requests as required
  • Reviews and processes timesheets for direct reports
