If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare office operations
- Experience with Office Management Preferred
- Knowledge of computer software programs including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
As a Office Manager, you will:
- Hires, trains, and supervises administrative staff
- Evaluates performance of administrative staff
- Initiates and executes disciplinary actions when necessary
- Ensures invoices are coded accurately and submitted to the Support Center timely for payment
- Prepares manual check requests as required
- Reviews and processes timesheets for direct reports
