Job Title: Service Technician

Reports To: Service Manager

Scope: This position is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining motor coaches and other commercial vehicles.

Pay Range: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour depending on experience. This information reflects the proposed base salary range for this position based on available data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is determined by additional factors including job related skills, experience, applicable education or training and other relevant factors.

• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain motor coaches, commercial and non‑commercial vehicles, and other vehicles.
• Understand and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations applicable to operations, buildings, grounds, and personnel including EPA, OSHA, and DOT.
• Perform duties as determined by individual service technician training, certification, knowledge, skill, and experience.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Good organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and complete assignments within expected time frames.
• Possess the tools necessary to complete assigned responsibilities.
• Previous experience with body and frame repairs.
• Experience with interior component repair/replacement.
• Audio/Video knowledge recommended (not required).

• Self‑starter with a positive attitude.
• Good attendance record.
• Willingness to travel, with possible work on weekends/overtime.

• Ability to move items weighing at least 100 pounds.
• Ability to move constantly for extended periods of time (80‑100% of shift).
• Ability to work in and outdoors for extended periods of time.
