• Lead security officers in the SOC and patrol positions. Professional appearance, courteous, and helpful to all Lucid employees, contractors, and guests. Fluent in spoken and written English and capable of writing incident reports, logs, and pass‑down information to on‑coming shifts.
• Oversee a shift that includes Global Security Operation Center (GSOC) operators, security officers, and third‑party security personnel.
• Review the pass‑down log and brief personnel on projects, events, and operational procedures.
• Maintain a high profile, acting as a deterrent to theft.
• Protect Lucid personnel and property by observing and reporting safety, hazardous, or equipment problems.
• Know and enforce all general security procedures.
• Complete all necessary reports and pass pertinent information to relief.
• Respond to emergencies as directed by the GSOC operator or supervisor.
• Ensure third‑party and internal security has sufficient coverage throughout the shift.
• Investigate incidents and ensure proper escalation to supervisor.
• Conduct emergency escorts for outside assistance.
• Conduct patrols of Lucid property.
• Lead and develop security personnel skill sets.
• Coordinate daily security operation tasks in alignment with site activity (e.g., security audits, equipment inspections).
• Provide additional security coverage escort needs, such as special details and other assignments requested by leadership.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Meet other assignments based on operational needs.
• Understand security technology platforms (Genetec, Life Raft, Envoy, and mass communication tools).

• Minimum 4 years of leadership and physical security experience or a private security organization.
• Strategic thinking with a firm understanding of the balance between business, security, and safety risks.
• Leadership skills and ability to think strategically and possess a broader view.
• Flexibility and responsiveness to changing conditions.
• Calm in a crisis and maintenance of confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Knowledge of the automotive business preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation Range
:
The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job‑related knowledge; skillset; experience; education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.

The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
