Channel Sales Manager is responsible for generating sales, demand and revenue creation, winning, developing, and growing customer accounts, by cultivating and assisting external sales representatives and distribution partners in.
Primary Responsibilities1. Create demand for Unigen products and services:
- Develop strategic and tactical plans performing actions that increase the revenue pipeline with existing and new customers and new markets
- Engage, recruit, and support Manufacturing Sales Reps and Distribution (collectively OSR) partners to obtain revenue objectives
2. Win new customers and create new demand for Unigen products and services with OSR:
- Sell Unigen products, services, and solutions to prospective customers
- Qualify customers: determine competitive pricing, product specifications, service, and sales contract terms
- Present Unigen products, services, and solutions to customers: conduct, coordinate, and manage customer visits, tours, and meetings
- Negotiate prices and sales terms and service agreements
3. Manage Sales quality and maintain high customer satisfaction:
- Provide the highest quality output to meet customer dates, requirements, and deliverables
- Manage meetings and internal team engagement
4. Manage Sales data and provide informational support and Sales expertise:
- Collect, manage, and report sales data
- Prepare and deliver sales materials and presentations, customer analysis and sales data/solutions to OSRs as well as internally to Unigen
- Train the internal team on customer needs, requirements, and communication
- Perform other duties and responsibilities related to Business Development Executive, as assigned
- Train OSR on products, market and create mindshare to promote and sell Unigen products
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales in a flash, memory modules, storage, or data center solutions industries or similar sales experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial distribution or related fields
- Experience in managing sales representatives and distribution partners
