• Own and organize the durability testing schedule.
• Coordinate durability testing and requirements across the organization, including securing test facilities and logistics for off-site tests.
• Collaborate with vendors/suppliers executing tests on behalf of the employer.
• Work with Engineers and Technicians within the Durability Team and across the organization to ensure efficient operations.
• Update daily vehicle tracking matrix and report progress weekly, highlighting risk items.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical engineering or a related field, or extensive relevant experience in the automotive industry.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive testing process for production vehicles.
• Experience and understanding of industry durability or vehicle testing standards.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

• MBA or professional certification in Project/Program Management.
• Experience with electric vehicle test programs or other related industries.
