Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to the design, packaging, engineering, and launch of interior components and systems across vehicle programs.

Qualifications4+ years of experience in interior component and system design and development (e.g., hard trim, soft trim, IP, door trims, consoles, headliners, etc.).
Strong understanding of industry benchmarks, trends, and supplier capabilities within the automotive interiors domain.
Experience in defining and managing technical product specifications, project timelines, and SOP deliverables

Proficiency in CAD tools (CATIA V5/V6 preferred) for creating 2D/3D concepts, layouts, and DFM studies.
Proven vehicle and product launch experience from development through production.
Preferred QualificationsExperience in a full vehicle program cycle
, from concept through production launch.
Deep technical knowledge of automotive interiors
, with a demonstrated record of technical excellence and program execution
.
Expertise in plastic part design, structural performance, manufacturing technologies, craftsmanship, ergonomics, and safety standards
.
Strong background in materials selection, injection molding, DFM, and GD&T.
Hands‑on, practical approach complemented by solid theoretical knowledge.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a strong drive to deliver outstanding products in a fast‑paced environment.
