Pay
$55.00 - $59.00 per hour
What You'll Do- Develop and analyze FEA models to evaluate the structural integrity and performance of components
- Optimize engine and mechanical components such as cylinder head ports, combustion chambers, and cooling circuits
- Collaborate with design engineers to improve product performance and implement engineering changes
- Prepare technical analysis reports and present findings to project teams and senior leadership
- Apply computer-aided engineering tools to improve manufacturing processes and reduce development time
- Validate designs against safety and quality requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- 5-7 years of CAE analysis experience (automotive or aerospace preferred)
- Proficiency with CAE software such as Abaqus and Hypermesh
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings, technical models, and precision design methods
- Analytical problem-solving ability and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams
