You will work alongside design and manufacturing teams to evaluate structural performance, refine components, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Pay

$55.00 - $59.00 per hour

• Develop and analyze FEA models to evaluate the structural integrity and performance of components
• Optimize engine and mechanical components such as cylinder head ports, combustion chambers, and cooling circuits
• Collaborate with design engineers to improve product performance and implement engineering changes
• Prepare technical analysis reports and present findings to project teams and senior leadership
• Apply computer-aided engineering tools to improve manufacturing processes and reduce development time
• Validate designs against safety and quality requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
• 5-7 years of CAE analysis experience (automotive or aerospace preferred)
• Proficiency with CAE software such as Abaqus and Hypermesh
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, technical models, and precision design methods
• Analytical problem-solving ability and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams
