Shift Available: Coldstore - 3 Static Nights working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Nights 18:00-06:00

Rate of Pay: £15.59 per hour, plus £50.00 per week shift allowance.

As a Team Leader at Lineage, you will have the opportunity to:

• Supervise and coach your team to success, providing training, feedback, and direction to ensure a high standard of service, safety, and productivity.
• Manage operational processes such as incoming and outgoing shipments, product organisation, and warehouse inventory management.
• Coordinate and plan schedules, allocating resources effectively to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
• Track warehouse activities, ensuring product availability and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with material handling equipment and resolve issues efficiently to maintain team productivity.
• Resolve employee issues and maintain clear communication with all levels of the organisation.
• Take on special projects, contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations.

• A strong desire to develop your leadership skills and progress in your career.
• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics.
• Problem-solving and conflict management skills.
• Comfortable working in a cold storage environment with temperatures of around
  -18 degrees.
• Clear communication skills in English.
• Own transport is required due to limited public transport options at NG22 8TX
  .
• A flexible attitude towards work, including the possibility of weekend shifts.
