HR Project Manager - Maternity Cover

You enjoy taking HR ideas and turning them into reality, whether that’s implementing new systems, redesigning processes, or leading projects that improve the way people work. You are confident managing projects end-to-end, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and keeping things on track. Change excites you, and you know how to help people adopt new ways of working.

• Lead HR projects such as HRIS implementations, process improvements, policy updates, or training initiatives.
• Act as the bridge between HR, senior leaders, and business teams to deliver impactful results.
• Own project timelines, budgets, milestones, and risk management.
• Support change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes.
• Use HR data and reporting to track progress and demonstrate project outcomes.

• Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, benefits, and policies.
• Experience managing projects with clear timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
• Proficiency with HR software; employee relations experience is a plus.

Contract:

12-month fixed-term maternity cover starting March 2026
