Hello Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting a Business Development Manager for a leading player in the sexual health industry. The client has a number of market leading products which are penetrating both the UK & European markets.

The role is an office based position so the candidate will need to be within commutable distance of the Newark office but there will be client visits and European trade shows to attend that will be expensed by the business.

This is a great time to join a rapidly growing business and enjoy a role which is split evenly on new business sales and account management however the key thing for the business is taking on someone who has come from a new business focused environment and appreciates how sales grow a business. Recruitment would be a sector which would be of interest to them.

The key attributes of the successful candidate will be previous new business sales, strong commercial acumen and familiarity with using a CRM system.
