About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to support daily logistics and fulfillment operations. This role is responsible for ensuring orders are processed accurately, shipments move efficiently, and warehouse operations stay aligned with internal priorities.
The Logistics Coordinator works cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse Operations, Customer Support, and Engineering to coordinate shipments, track deliveries, resolve operational issues, and maintain visibility across logistics workflows. This role reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager.
We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple operational tasks while thinking critically to troubleshoot issues and keep logistics operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities Order Processing & Fulfillment Coordination- Manage daily order flow and ensure orders move accurately through fulfillment systems
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped accurately and on time
- Monitor shipments and maintain tracking visibility across domestic and international orders, providing updates to internal teams as needed
- Review and resolve order exceptions or processing issues
- Coordinate carrier pickups and shipment scheduling with the warehouse team
- Verify shipping addresses and required contact details prior to shipment
- Maintain shipment tracking records for internal visibility
- Process and coordinate shipments from the office including demos, replacements, and sample units
- Coordinate trade show shipments in collaboration with Marketing and the warehouse
- Serve as the primary coordination point between Supply Chain and warehouse operations by communicating shipment priorities and operational updates
- Act as the first escalation point for fulfillment issues or delays, escalating complex issues when needed
- Track incoming inventory and communicate expected arrival timelines
- Monitor warehouse shipping material levels
- Monitor logistics systems and identify order processing or shipment workflow issues
- Initiate troubleshooting steps for system or integration issues and elevate when needed
- Administer company return processes and track returns across sales channels
- Coordinate warehouse receipt and processing of returned goods
- Coordinate replacement shipments when required
- Manage carrier damage claims and shipment issue investigations
- Respond to operational inquiries from marketplace platforms and elevate issues impacting account health
- Track demo device inventory and internal sample equipment
- Monitor demo shipments and returns associated with customer evaluations
- Maintain organization of devices, accessories, and shipping materials stored in the office
- High school diploma required;
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred - 1–3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or fulfillment in a fast-paced operational environment
- Experience working with shipping platforms, order management systems, or inventory systems
- Familiarity with domestic and international shipping processes
