We are looking for a dependable and organized Shop Foreman to manage daily warehouse operations and support job site deliveries.

• Previous warehouse or construction supply experience preferred
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Forklift experience preferred
• Basic computer skills for tracking inventory and logs
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently

• Track new orders and coordinate warehouse workflow
• Unload and receive deliveries from suppliers and vendors
• Pick, verify, and pack materials according to requests
• Prepare and log shop orders for daily deliveries
• Load company vans in delivery order for job sites
• Manage returned materials and coordinate storage, return, or disposal
• Maintain and update inventory systems (including tool tracking)
• Conduct regular inventory counts and update IN/OUT logs
• Stock materials and ensure accurate inventory levels
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free warehouse and yard
• Operate and maintain forklift equipment safely
• Communicate with Field Operations regarding order discrepancies or substitutions
• Perform additional duties as assigned
