Warehouse Associate

About the Role
Montana is a leading electrical and infrastructure distributor serving major commercial and industrial projects. We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and wire cutting.
This role is hands-on and critical to our customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

• Receive and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and damage
• Accurately barcode and scan inventory using warehouse management systems
• Pull, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
• Cut electrical wire and cable to customer specifications
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred)
• Maintain organized inventory and storage areas
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols

• Experience in electrical distribution, industrial supply, or construction materials preferred
• Familiarity with wire and cable products strongly preferred
• Experience using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems
• Ability to lift 35+ lbs and work on feet for extended periods
• Forklift certification a plus
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

• 35 50 hours per week
• Overtime paid after 35 hours
• Union position
• Fast-paced warehouse environment supporting large commercial projects
