Picker Packer

We are hiring a detail-oriented Picker Packer to prepare customer orders for shipment. You will pick items, pack them securely, label boxes accurately, and coordinate carrier handoff. Accuracy, speed, and care matter.

• Pick items for each order and verify item type, quantity, and condition.
• Pack orders in the correct box with proper protection.
• Seal and tape boxes to shipping standards.
• Print and apply shipping labels and any required documents.
• Arrange pickups or drop off shipments at UPS, USPS, Fed Ex, or DHL.
• Communicate clearly with the team using work chat (updates, questions, issues).
• Keep the packing area clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Flag damages, missing items, or order discrepancies immediately.

• Strong attention to detail - consistent accuracy required.
• Able to follow written packing and labeling instructions.
• Comfortable using a computer, label printer, and shipping software.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Clear written communication in work chat.
• Able to lift and carry up to 40-50 lbs (adjust if needed).
• Warehouse or shipping experience is a plus, but not required if you learn fast.
• Low error tolerance - this role is not a fit for someone who is careless or inconsistent.
