Central Supply Clerk

Overview

Main Function: Performs activities associated with the receiving, storing and replenishing supplies

• Receive deliveries into building, checking packing slips for purchase orders for any discrepancies
• Perform functions relative to receiving, storing and inventory control of the supplies utilized throughout the facility
• Maintain the Central Supply area in an organized fashion, reviewing expiration dates, and restocking routinely
• Ensure needed supplies are delivered to the floors as ordered in good conditions and on time
• Restock each unit's stock room, as well as any other indicated storage areas, according to the par levels indicated weekly
• Deliver and pick up broken/repaired equipment
• Follow the supply requisition system to monitor product utilization and avoid over-supply
• Perform other duties as requested

Lifting, bending, pushing and pulling up to 50 LBS. This job requires long periods of physical work.

• High school Diploma
• Familiarity with inventory, ordering, and purchasing systems, bills offloading, freight bills
• Must be organized
• Must have computer Knowledge/ experience that consist of Microsoft office and excel
• Must have working knowledge of Outlook

7:00 am to 3:00 PM on Monday
- Friday
