Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Inventory Auditor/Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support warehouse operations by assembling racking systems, maintaining organized inventory, and ensuring equipment is accurately tracked and labeled. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Assemble racking systems according to specifications and project requirements.
• Strategically identify and mark inventory locations to enhance warehouse organization.
• Assist with inventory management of project equipment, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
• Follow all safety protocols, guidelines, and company policies.

• Ability to work 40 hours per week.
• Capable of lifting 50+ lbs consistently.
• Previous experience in a hospital, warehouse, or inventory setting preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Physically demanding role requiring standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
• May involve exposure to varying temperatures and warehouse environments.
