Your Online Marketplace , Inc. is hiring a full-time Intake & Inventory Associate to support our receiving and inventory team.

We are an established ecommerce retailer specializing in physical media — DVDs, Blu-ray, CDs, and vinyl records. Our business depends on accurate intake and organized storage. This role is essential to keeping inventory moving smoothly from delivery to shelf to customer.

This is not a typical warehouse job. The work requires careful handling, attention to detail, and consistent organization. In many ways, the role is closer to a librarian than a traditional warehouse associate — maintaining order, labeling accurately, and ensuring items are stored in the right place every time.

• Receive and unbox incoming deliveries
• Stage inventory by invoice and perform quality checks
• Scan items into our inventory system
• Shelve inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Consolidate and relabel storage boxes as needed
• Keep shelving areas organized and clearly labeled
• Identify inventory discrepancies and help resolve them
• Communicate with shipping staff about inventory needs
• Maintain a clean and orderly intake workspace
• Use Microsoft and Google programs daily for tracking and coordination

• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and consistent attendance
• Comfortable working with structured systems and processes
• Able to stay organized in a busy environment
• Willing to take responsibility for keeping their area in good order
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Warehouse experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person.

• Frequently lift boxes up to 50 lbs
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Work in a warehouse environment that can be colder in winter and warmer in summer.

Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (some flexibility) 32–38 hours per week, with additional hours during peak periods.
