The Warehouse & Receiving Associate is a key member of the Operations team, supporting warehouse and receiving functions to ensure accurate stock maintenance and efficient order fulfillment.

This hands‑on role requires attention to detail, reliability, and comfort with physical tasks in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in New York City and requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Warehouse & Receiving Support

• Assist with opening and processing incoming shipments.
• Receive and organize supply and packaging deliveries, ensuring accuracy and proper storage.
• Serve as the primary support for prepping boxes and managing gift packaging needs across departments.

Operational Support

• Pull and pack fixtures for trade shows and trunk shows.
• Support order fulfillment and warehouse organization as needed.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as directed by Stock and Operations Managers.

• 1+ year of experience in receiving or warehouse operations preferred.
• A dependable, positive team player with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling heavy items and performing hands‑on physical work.
• Able to maintain focus and motivation while performing repetitive tasks or working around distractions.

• Seasonal, full‑time, on‑site role based in New York City.
• Requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

This is an in‑office position located in New York City with a full time position (eligible for overtime) with an hourly rate of $25/hour.
