Location: Manhattan, New York
Hours: Monday – Friday, 2–3 hours per day

AboutThe Role
The Folklore is seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse & Fulfillment Assistant to support our daily operations. This is a hands‑on, on‑site role responsible for managing incoming and outgoing inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and maintaining an efficient and well‑organized workspace.
This role is ideal for someone detail‑oriented who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Receive and log incoming packages and deliveries
- Sort, label, and organize inventory within the warehouse space
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on schedule
- Prepare shipping labels and coordinate outgoing shipments
- Receive, inspect, and process product returns
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Report inventory discrepancies or damages to management promptly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and self‑motivated
- Comfortable using basic shipping platforms (e.g., Shopifty, USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) – a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Hours: Approximately 10–15 hours per week (2–3 hours/day, Monday–Friday)
- Location: On‑site at our New York Office
- Compensation: $16.50/hr
