Provide smart customer service at all times and assist customers in locating, demonstration, and loading merchandise;
Plan delivery activities, print loading tickets, and deliver merchandise on schedule;
Unload, install, and test appliances upon delivery;
Ensure loads are safe, secure, and within Department of Transportation regulations;
Update delivery and route status in the system for tracking purposes
