As a Messenger, you play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by ensuring timely, accurate delivery of mail and packages throughout the office. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, organized, and enjoys staying active in a professional setting.

Shift: Monday-Friday

Hours: This role requires flexibility. The schedule will fall within one of the following shifts: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, or 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, based on business needs.

Pay: $19

Key Responsibilities

• Execute all daily messenger duties in accordance with Forrest Solutions’ Standard Operating Procedures.
• Adhere to all Forrest Solutions policies, rules, and guidelines at all times.
• Escort external messengers to designated floors to complete deliveries as required.
• Deliver packages accurately and promptly to designated floors and intended recipients.
• Collect internal mail and parcels from reception areas and other assigned locations, sort items, and transport them between sites and approved delivery points.
• Ensure all packages are properly signed for by the recipient to maintain accurate tracking and accountability.
• Maintain accurate records of items collected and delivered, including recipient confirmation when applicable.
• Perform general office and clerical support duties such as filing, operating office equipment, and running errands as needed.
• Keep delivery logs organized, clean shared office equipment, and monitor supply levels.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned and demonstrate flexibility to stay late when business needs require.
