Driver/Operator

We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Bus Driver to join our elite team in Cuba, NY. You will ensure safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.

• Vacation: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, 3 weeks after 5 years, 4 weeks after 10 years.

• Execute flawless operations by following designated routes and schedules, adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations.
• Exhibit exceptional passenger care, ensuring smooth boarding and timely disembarkation.
• Champion vehicle safety through pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, promptly reporting maintenance issues and maintaining cleanliness.
• Uphold company policies rigorously, including seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness and compliance with regulatory mandates.
• Other duties as required.

• 21 years or older.
• Valid CDL Class B with passenger and air‑brake endorsement.
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work days, evenings, weekends and overnight shifts as assigned.
• Subject to DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.

• Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
• Long periods spent sitting and looking at a computer screen.
• Work environment will be a combination of indoors and outdoors.
