We are currently seeking a helicopter administrator to support offshore operations aboard the Crossway Eagle. This role is critical in ensuring accurate personnel tracking, smooth helicopter logistics, and effective communication in both day‑to‑day operations and emergency situations.

Role Objective

To administer helicopter flights, bed allocations, and the POB (Persons on Board) system aboard the Crossway Eagle, ensuring accurate personnel tracking, safe operations, and compliance with offshore procedures.

Responsibilities and work tasks
  • Monitor and update the Onboard Personnel Tracking System
  • Communicate with helicopter crew on VHF
  • Make weather observations and reports for helicopter when required
  • Supply the OIM or appointed emergency leader with information related to POB during emergency response situations
  • Communicate and cooperate with client POB coordinator as required
  • Perform safety inductions for new personnel
  • Retrieve information regarding bed allocation and flight information from the personnel tracking system
  • Assist guests with minor accommodation issues (e.g., code locks, entertainment system, luggage lockers, wake‑up calls)
  • Perform ordinary reception duties
  • Follow all written and verbal orders given
  • Participate in safety meetings and emergency training and drills onboard
  • Familiarize with all relevant work and safety procedures given by the client and contribute to their implementation
  • Contribute to emergency organization according to the Station Bill
  • Maintain knowledge and training for handling, storage, and packing of dangerous goods for helicopter/shuttle transport per procedure
Courses / Requirements
  • Basic Safety Training
  • HUET (Helicopter Underwater Egress Training)
  • VHF course
  • METAR course (weather reports)
  • Air transport of dangerous goods (if required)
