We manufacture and sell kitchenware and hydration products for all types of retailers - from national chains all over the world to independent shops in the small towns throughout the US. As our business continues to grow, we are in search of passionate and talented candidates to join our Logistics team.

Who

you are

You—a detail orientated professional with a logistics background. You are looking to join a growing team in a fast-paced environment. You have experience communicating with freight forwarders and custom brokers to obtain the necessary information to deliver accurate and real time data to our internal team.

The Details:
  • Review, check, and required documents have been submitted.
  • Enter shipping information and update order status in our ERP system.
  • Communicating with customers, carriers, and overseas offices about the status of shipments
  • Data entry and other administrative duties as required which may include but not limited to documents to 3PL for both domestic as well as international.
  • Coordinate / expedite shipments
  • Communicate and coordinate with counterparts in other regions
  • Checking and monitoring arrivals
Skills
  • Minimum 1 year working experience; shipping or logistics experience preferred.
  • Experience with EDI or ERP a plus.
  • Must be extremely detailed, organized, able to work under pressure, and have good communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy.
